Thank you for shopping at Modern Collectibles. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of the items, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging and containing the numbered certificate.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: Because our memorabilia is sold as a unified set consisting of the physical item and its uniquely marked Modern Collectibles COA, the item cannot be legally separated from its certificate.
COA Integrity: We reserve the right to reject any return, and refuse a refund if:
- The individually marked physical COA is missing, stained, torn, or altered in any way.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via email at info@moderncollectibles.co.uk.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for the item to be returned unless the item is faulty or incorrect. You must use a fully tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@moderncollectibles.co.uk with details and photographs of the defect. We comply fully with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty items.
Damaged or Lost Editions: If an item is damaged or lost in transit, you acknowledge that because it is a limited edition, we cannot replace it with the exact same edition number. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or, if available, a replacement item featuring a different number from the same edition run.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Authentication Disputes: Our brand stands by its authentication process. We will not accept returns or issue refunds based on informal opinions, casual forum discussions, or unverified social media claims. We will only review authenticity claims if accompanied by a written, definitive “fail” or “unable to verify” verdict from a recognized, ISO-compliant third-party grading and authentication company.
